the solidarity space is a doula led play cafe + holistic family and pregnancy wellness centre offering learning opportunities from prenatal classes to parenting support, workshops, professional and peer led support spaces. Our clinic offers pediatric and perinatal specific chiropractic, acupuncture, ayurvedic, lactation, doula and psychotherapy offerings. Our playgroups focus on developmentally appropriate play based learning and peer interaction, keeping them busy while you treat yourself to hot coffee and adult conversation. Babies don’t come with manuals, community helps.
