The Town is seeking proposals for the renaming of Parry Sound Drive, for the purpose of raising funds for the West Parry Sound Recreation & Cultural Centre. This is a rare opportunity to rename an approximate 2km section of Parry Sound Drive, (from the intersection of Joseph St., Mall Drive and Parry Sound Drive to Hwy 400). With an exit (and signage) on Hwy 400, this opportunity comes with significant exposure to the 16,600 vehicles which travel that stretch of highway daily. More importantly, all proceeds from this initiative will be invested to support the Parry Sound community, as the net proceeds from the renaming will be donated to the construction of the West Parry Sound Recreation & Cultural Centre.
