Downtown Quality of Experience Team
At the June 18, 2024 Town Council meeting, CAO
Clayton Harris proposed that Council support the development of a
Downtown Quality of Experience Team to address downtown issues;
that the Team include stakeholders such as but not limited to: the
DBA, OPP, DSSAB, CMHA, and other site specific interest groups,
with representatives being senior members of the respective
organizations.
Council nominated Chris McDonald as Chair and Doug
McCann as Vice Chair with a goal of defining issues, developing
action steps and assigning responsibility to implement solutions;
and that staff, develop a Terms of Reference and then a Memorandum
of Understanding has been circulated for comment from stakeholders.
